Refund Policy

1. The free trial comes first

Every subscription starts with fourteen days free. We ask for a card up front, we charge nothing during those fourteen days, and we email you three days before the first charge so it is never a surprise. Cancel at any point in the trial and you are not charged at all.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel whenever you like, from Settings, without asking us and without giving a reason. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After that your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: your training, your weights and the food you added stay where they are, and subscribing again restores everything. If you would rather we deleted it, Settings has a button for that too, and it is immediate.

3. Refunds on the yearly plan

If you are charged $119.88 for a year and change your mind, email us within fourteen days of the charge and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.

After fourteen days a yearly subscription is not refunded for the unused part of the year. Cancel and you keep access until the year you paid for runs out.

4. Refunds on the monthly plan

The monthly plan is not refunded for the current month, because the fourteen free days were the trial. Cancel and the next month is not charged.

5. When we refund anyway

Email hello@fueledbyshirley.com and we will sort it out if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, charged while the app was not working, or charged for a year you never used because you forgot the trial was ending. We would rather refund you than keep money you did not mean to spend.

6. How a refund reaches you

Our payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record — they are the seller on your statement and on your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

7. Price changes

If we change what Fueled by Shirley costs, the price you are already paying stays as it is for as long as your subscription runs without a break. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does.
